Welcome to Animeractive ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and related platforms accessible via Animeractive.com ("the Site").

Animeractive provides access to creative tools that enable users to generate, customise, and interact with animated characters, illustrated stories, and choice-driven games. These outputs are generated through automated systems operated by third-party technology providers.
Animeractive does not manually create, select, or modify any content produced.
All materials produced through the Platform are user-directed or system-generated using commercially available content-generation technologies hosted on cloud infrastructure provided by Microsoft Azure or equivalent providers.

Animeractive does not design, create, author, or publish any of the generated content. All creative outputs are automatically produced based on user activity and algorithmic processing by external technology providers.
The Platform integrates third-party technologies for content generation. Animeractive has no control over their functioning, accuracy, or suitability, and does not endorse or guarantee the results.

Users are fully and solely responsible for determining whether the use or sharing of any generated content infringes upon third-party rights.
Payments for subscriptions or credits are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Animeractive does not store or process card details directly.
By completing a transaction, you agree to the respective payment processors' terms. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animeractive, its owner, affiliates, contractors, employees, or licensors shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever.

You expressly agree that the individual proprietor, officers, and affiliates of Animeractive shall bear no personal liability whatsoever under any circumstances, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Animeractive makes no guarantees of uninterrupted access, compatibility, or security. The Platform may be suspended or modified without notice.
Animeractive processes user data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Details are provided in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
